2. Fill out our client questionnaire with all the details of your product.
You will then be redirected to our Creative Brief Questionnaire page where you’ll be able to tell us everything we need to know about your product, target demographic, video requirements and more! Please be concise and detailed here because this is how we determine the creative angle of your video! Make sure to complete a questionnaire for each Video you order, if you’ve ordered multiple videos.

3. Finally, ship your product to our studio & once we receive your product, we will complete your video within 15-30 business days (or less).
Once we receive your product, you’ll receive automatic email updates on the status of your video. During this time we’ll be writing, casting, producing & editing your video. If you’d like to get further updates or have questions just email us or schedule a call!

When we are in high demand, delivery can take up to 20-30 business days. We are closed on a all major U.S. Holidays.

All production companies are affected by COVID-19, some more than others. Here in California, the State has allowed for businesses to operate under strict guidelines. We currently are in full operation, however we are limited to bringing in 1 talent at a time to prevent spread of the virus. We are regularly disinfecting, checking temperatures and social distancing to remain compliant and safe throughout this period.

We offer various Social Media Ads & Amazon Video packages. Our prices range depending on your budget, requirements and specifications. We are fully transparent with our pricing and is visible on our Video Package pages.

The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping time of your product. If you are shipping your product to us from Amazon.com or Ebay.com then you could expect a 15-30 business days delivery time after we receive your product (20-30 business days during high demand). We recommend shipping from reliable sources such as Amazon.com to ensure guaranteed delivery. If we can deliver the video sooner, we absolutely will!

We offer RUSH Delivery for an additional fee per video which is a 7-10 Business Day turn around.

Rush videos do put a lot of pressure on our team, we don’t recommend ordering a Rush Video if you have specific actor requirements. The rush in production may affect the quality of your video.

Yes! We do everything for you from ideation, scripting, production & editing. We have extremely talented in-house script writers who can generate awesome ideas for your products as well as come up with the perfect scripting for product reviews.

Yes! We have our own Talent Director who sources the perfect actor for your video(s). Just let us know in the questionnaire if there’s a particular demographic you are looking for.

Babies are an additional fee and can be added to your order on the questionnaire.

Absolutely! We love including animals in videos! To add a pet or animal to your video there is an additional charge per pet (or more depending on whether there are special requirements).

In addition, there is no guarantee that the animal will be cooperative and thus the client may be subject to additional reshoot fees if we’re unable to capture the scenes. Video delivery may also be delayed.

You can add 1 additional actor to your video on the questionnaire. If you are interested in multiple actors, please contact us so we can prepare a custom invoice for you.
